As mandated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), all community water systems must prepare and deliver a consumer confidence report (CCR) to their customers. The CCR is an annual water quality report that includes information on source water, the levels of detected contaminants, and compliance with drinking water rules.
